[On Christmas, a Delibird will find its way to Senjuro, bearing a package neatly wrapped in snowflake-themed paper. There doesn't seem to be a return address, but if he opens the box he'll find an enveloped card... along with a very nice inflatable sleeping pad, complete with instructions. The card's handwriting is neat but purposefully plain.]

Dear Senjuro Rengoku,

This should help your sleeping bag stay off the ground, especially as the weather grows colder. I hope this makes your travels a little more comfortable.

4/1, shortly after prom announcements

[Angel doesn't waste too much time in making preparations to head to the city. She's been well aware of how close they were to prom season, she she has a couple of ideas in mind. The week lead time is a bit limiting, but she'll make it work. As long as she leaves right away, that is.

Still, she hesitates before departing, thinking instead to send a message to Senjuro ahead of time.]

I am making a trip to Goldenrod.

Well, I've never been to a dance like this before... I wouldn't know the first thing to wear, or to bring...

Do you have any Pokemon that are big enough to hold you in flight? I can help teach them how to fly and we can get going right away. Otherwise, you can borrow Bailey -- she's a very good, very gentle flier!

[Flying is certainly a new and exciting experience. Despite his usual timid demeanor, the journey has him in a brightened mood. He doesn't recall, at the moment, ever feeling quite so special. His steps are a tiny bit more confident as they exit the Pokemon Center in Goldenrod.]

We would go to the department store for this, right? Or are there other shops that might be more specialized?

[It's hard to say why Angel is smiling the way she is. She always seems to in a good mood, sure, but there's something special about today. She's probably just excited about being in the city, and definitely not thrilled to bits to see Senjuro in such high spirits.]

It depends! The Department store will probably have a few options, but I was thinking something a little more... tailor made, if that makes sense?

[The likelihood of her finding a suit that A) fits her and B) suited her frame was extremely slim. She would need to do a little digging.]

[Plus, there was only so many paths he could take on the islands. His legs are aching for a (teeny tiny!) bit of adventure. As they set off, he ensures Puck is beside him, if not nestled comfortably in an outward pouch on his backpack.]

You and Puck would be adorable together. And I cannot imagine it would be too difficult to do. I am sure most tailors are used to creating matching outfits!

Oh, I would never claim to know best. [Another laugh, faintly hidden by her hand. Still, there's no malice by any stretch of the imagination. Just kindness and amusement.] We are all still learning, always.

I am looking for a suit myself. I have worn dresses the last few years, it would only be right to change things up a touch, don't you think?

[Angel is always so gentle and generous, Senjuro can't help but feel at ease around her. Where others might make him feel judged without intending to do so, she reassures him that it truly is alright.]

That does sound fun! I hope you enjoy yourself. Are you going to match 'Dora or Mr. Armin? Or maybe find your own design?

It's actually a surprise for Armin! [As she speaks, she coaxes Senjuro down a smaller street. She'd at least done a modicum of research, and knew where to go as far as more clothing oriented stores.]

I think he might enjoy the change of pace. And I think something like 'Dora's colors would be better suited for a dress.
