Well, the precise cook is up to you, because it's subjective. Some people enjoy a slight burnt taste or a still springy marshmallow. Personally, I find that low and slow achieves a crispy but unburnt exterior and a gooey interior, and the even heat throughout is enough to partly melt the chocolate as you're assembling and eating the sandwich!
